My stay at this hotel was a real mixed bag. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Cheltenham, but the room left a lot to be desired with bed bugs and a range of issues. The service was friendly, but their response to concerns was lacking. Dining options were limited, but the facilities were decent overall.

The hotel was perfectly located for easy access to the town center, with all the necessary amenities just a few minutes' walk away. Although the room was a bit small, it had all the essentials for a self-catering stay.
